The following services will be provided as part of your Village monthly fee:

• Grounds maintenance including lawns, shrubbery and trees

• Water and sewer

• Snow removal

• Trash removal

• Real estate tax assessment

• Insurance on the building and grounds

• Maintenance and repair of your cottage home and furnished appliances

• Chaplain support

• Garden plots

• Notary public services

• Emergency nursing services

• Use of Oakwood Centre community room on a reservation basis

• Keyed mailboxes

• Administrative support services

The following amenities are available on a fee basis:

• Silver Scissors beauty and barber services

• Meals and delivery service to your cottage

• Transportation, weekly grocery run and monthly shopping trip

• Out-patient therapy including physical, occupational, and speech

• Courtyard Café daily specials for breakfast, lunch and supper

• Treasure Chest gift shop

    Of course, Village residents have priority access to on-site assisted living and nursing care services on a temporary or permanent basis should the need arise.  You pay only for the care you need, when you need it!
